SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- How long does it take to receive an order?
Our average delivery times are 1 to 2 weeks.
For some products, we deliver in less than a week.
To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our producers and therefore do not have any intermediaries. This allows us to offer you really advantageous rates compared to what you could have in a physical shop.
In any case, if you do not receive your item within 60 days then we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.
How do I place an order?
First, locate the product you would like to purchase and choose the quantity in the selection box. Next, click on the “Add to Cart” button. All of your products will be added to your cart.
You will find a Cart button located at the upper right-hand side of the website. When you are prepared to complete your purchase, ensure your cart is correct and press "Checkout Now".
Enter your shipping/billing and credit card information and follow the instructions on the checkout page. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?
An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.
How will my order be fulfilled?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
- Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?
We deliver anywhere in the world.
Shipping costs are FREE for any order.
- Where are you from?
Our company is entirely European. We ship our packages directly from our producers located in Asia.
- Who delivers my article?
Your items are delivered through your local post office.
- What are the delivery schedules?
Items are delivered according to the terms and conditions of your local post office.
- What happens if no one is at home?
Do not worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can remove it.
- I was wrong delivery address, what to do?
Do not worry, if your order has not been sent yet, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
- Missing items to my order, where are they?
We work with multiple vendors, when you order, each vendor takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others will be slower). On the other hand, if you order 3 times the same product, then they will all be sent in 1 single package.

- Is your site secure?
This site is 100% secure. And to be honest, we could even say that it is 200%.
Here's why :
First, the site you visit is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you).
Most sites only secure their "shopping cart" and everything related to the payment of orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and can not be hacked or cannot be the target of malware.
Finally, concerning the payment, we use Paypal, which is the reference for the security of Internet transactions, for payment directly via your credit card.
In summary, ordering at Mashim is safe and secure.
- What are the payment methods?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or Paypal account on our site. We do not accept bank checks, transfers or payment at the reception.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- How does it go if I am not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee!
If for any reason, the product does not suit your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days after receipt and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
How can I make a change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed,you cannot change or cancel your order online. To request a change or cancellation of an order, please contact contact@mashim.com.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact Customer Service at the following address. contact@mashim.com involve explain the situation and if possible attach one or more photos. The Mashim store will return the product to you.
